Contains two versions of the Song of Sibyl, which was sung in the Catalan language and interpolated into Matins of Christmas Day during the 15th and 16th centuries. The first version was written for a convent in Majorca; its reconstruction includes a drone accompaniment and solo instrumental interpolations before each verse and before each repetition of the refrain, with verses performed mainly by a soloist and refrains by women's ensemble, in unison or two parts. The second version is from a tradition in Valencia. Its reconstruction is similar, except that it uses three different 4-part harmonizations of the refrain, sung by a men's ensemble.
